The "Culture for All" project advances integration for people with special needs in cultural and art productions.
The project has been running for over a decade and allows equal opportunity for people with functional difficulties to enjoy cultural performances and entertainment for a token fee or free of charge. In order to provide this service, we work directly with cultural centers and encourage people with special needs to participate in cultural activity while offering subsidies and accompaniment as necessary.
The project obtains tickets for cultural performances at cultural centers in the community, locates the target population and its cultural needs, and sells or provides them with these tickets. Communication with the beneficiaries is reached either through the coordinators, counselors, or by direct contact.
Project participants receive monthly information with details about the performances and show times. Many independent living residents are among the participants, as well as organizations serving people with special needs.
