There were once seven writers and poets. Not all of them knew they had a gift for writing – and they are the true heroes of this story. There was one other hero, a cinema person, author and poet, who woke up one sunny morning and decided to volunteer a creative writing course at SHEKEL College.

"Itai Akirab led the group" explained one of the writers, Brian Friedlander. "Over the course of a few months, we got together and started writing short stories and poems that expressed various points of view. Seven of us created this book!" he enthused, "I am so proud of it."

And the result? A fascinating thought-provoking booklet of poems and essays that inspire the soul and touch the heart.
